After graduating, Melissa utilized her skills at a few local salons here in the Rogue Valley. She spent the next couple of years, building her career and focusing on her growing family, husband/handyman-extraordinaire, Robbie, and three girls, Olivia (9) dance star, Grace (7) Minecraft extraordinaire, and Audrey (fabulously in the middle of her "terrible twos!) wild child.
Melissa has a affinity for anything related to hair, lashes, makeup, and beauty in general. She Loves that her career allows her to display her artistic talents on living canvases, and helping her clients express their style and personality through their hair and overall look.
Melissa admires all things beautiful and wanted a space that is relaxing, fun, trendy, and sleek- where you can feel at home and at a chic retreat at the same time. After several years of dreaming, pinning, and collecting a mass of salon supplies, Urban Palette Salon was finally born!
